The pizza was fine overall, but I’m not sure if it was just my order or what — the veggies tasted kind of old, and the cheese had that slightly stale feel to it. It wasn’t terrible, but the toppings definitely didn’t seem as fresh as I expected.

"Delivery took way too long"
I was waiting for what felt like forever for my pizza to show up, and by the time it finally arrived, it was cold 😕 Definitely not the best experience.

Ordered from northernlightspizza.com because it was quick and I was hungry. Simple enough.
The pizza was fine. Not bad, just not really worth the price. Size and toppings felt a little light, and the fees added up fast.
For what I paid, I expected more. I’d probably only order again if there’s a deal.

"So... online ordering was a headache"
So... I tried placing an order online, but the checkout froze on me and the order never actually went through. Frustrating experience

"Decent service, just wish it was faster"
The customer service was okay overall. The person I talked to was polite, but it took a while to actually get a clear answer, which was a little frustrating. I also got a couple of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” lines that didn’t really help much. I’d probably still order again, but I hope they’re quicker and a bit more direct next time.

"Decent menu, but I wish there was more variety"
I’ve ordered from northernlightspizza.com a couple of times now, and it’s been fine. The pizza options are okay, and they do have some sides, but after looking through the menu a few times it starts to feel kind of—well, like a lot of the same stuff. I kept hoping there’d be more topping choices or maybe a few more non-pizza options, but there just isn’t much that really stands out. Not bad at all, just average for me.

"Wrong order twice in a row"
I ordered from northernlightspizza.com and somehow ended up with the wrong toppings on my pizza. I also specifically asked for no onions on the salad, but it showed up with a bunch of them anyway.
The frustrating part is this is the second time in a row my order hasn’t been right. The food itself is decent, which makes it even more annoying, because I want to like ordering from here, but getting what I paid for shouldn’t feel like a gamble.

"I like the pizza here, but it’s not..."
I like the pizza here, but it’s not always the same. When it’s fresh and made well, it’s really good. But other times it feels a little off, so the experience ends up just okay.

"Crust was a bit of a letdown"
The crust just didn’t really do it for me. It was way too chewy and didn’t have much flavor, so the whole thing ended up tasting kind of bland...
